Up to a dozen tornadoes struck the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas this week, leaving thousands without electricity, shutting down airports and reducing homes, schools and offices to rubble.

We are thankful that there are currently no deaths reported, and that injuries have been minimal.

Please join Lutheran World Relief in praying for our brothers and sisters affected by these storms and for the work of disaster response organizations in Texas that are extending a helping hand.
